Job Summary
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling banquet staff including bartenders, servers, and dishwashers while ensuring proper clock-in and clock-out procedures. Execute banquet event orders (BEOs) to lead food and beverage and back-of-house operations, overseeing set-up, breakdown, and venue cleanliness. Enforce company standards, maintain safe food handling guidelines, and procure event supplies with quality control to ensure 5-star reviews. Work weekends, holidays, and late nights as part-time, earning $17-$20 per hour with a 4% 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- TABC license
- Food Handlers license
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 30 lbs frequently
- Able to stand/walk 8-12 hours
- Must be available and willing to work weekends
- Must be available and willing to work holidays
- Must be available and willing to work late nights
- Submit/complete background check
