Job Summary
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling banquet staff including bartenders, servers, and dishwashers while ensuring proper clock-in and clock-out procedures. Lead food and beverage and back-of-house operations during events by executing banquet event orders, overseeing set-up and breakdown, and maintaining venue cleanliness. Enforce company standards, follow safe food handling guidelines, and nurture employees through coaching and constructive feedback to ensure 5-star reviews. Procure and order event-specific supplies including alcohol while maintaining quality control. This part-time role requires weekends, holidays, and late nights with availability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours. Candidates need a college degree or applicable work history, TABC and Food Handlers licenses, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- TABC and Food Handlers license required in Texas
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
