Job Summary
Plan, manage and deliver world-class W/BBL match days which encompass event presentation, fan experience, venue operations and partner integration. Translate fan insights, cultural trends, league and club strategy into immersive, high energy experiences that drive connection, excitement and repeat attendance. Own end-to-end event delivery, leading a cross functional team. Build trusted, high-impact relationships with key stakeholders including match day venues, sport presentation agencies, Cricket Australia, broadcasters and internal teams to ensure exceptional event delivery for fans and our partners. Lead and manage a small team by providing strong leadership and coaching skills.
