Event Manager for Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel focused on delivering exceptional customer service to internal partners and external clients. Responsible for managing pre-event, event, and post-event details (room blocks, meeting space, concessions, group resumes, event orders and BEOs, billing, contracts) and gaining knowledge of hotel food and beverage offerings and event-related AV details.
