Event Manager - Manchester (New Hampshire)

Part-time onsite Event Manager for Candlelight Concerts in Manchester, NH. Serve as the main on-site point of contact, manage staff rosters and communications with staffing agencies, ensure staff are trained for duties (ticket validation, guest seating, candles setup), transport event supplies if needed, oversee inventory and printing needs, manage guest lists, deliver opening/closing remarks (may include public speaking), provide weekly status reports to Fever Originals Project Managers, and assist with venue walk-throughs. Opportunity to grow within Fever Originals and potentially manage Candlelight and other Fever Original Events in other areas. Requires 1+ years in event management or a relevant degree (preferred), strong customer service, leadership of on-site teams, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with AV/PA systems. Driver’s license is strongly preferred. The contract runs for 6 months, with shows weekly, up to 29 hours per week, at $25/hour. A paid trial day and interview process are included.
