Manage the full lifecycle of event logistics across Canada and the US, partnering with content, marketing, and sales to execute events from vendor calls to final applause. Own timelines, budgets, and quality standards while serving as the primary contact for venues, vendors, and sponsors. Keep multiple high-impact events on track year-round, shaping new event formats like HR Fest and IB Fest within the wider strategy. Lead large-scale events with skills in logistics, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. Work hybrid in downtown Toronto with flex hours, earning an extra vacation day annually.
Required Qualifications
- You've managed a diverse portfolio of business events, each with its own format, goals and quirks, ideally across multiple industries or regions
- You think strategically and decide confidently, equally at home shaping event operations strategy and getting your hands dirty on execution
- You've led large scale, high impact events, with skill in logistics, vendor management and stakeholder coordination
