Job Summary
Act as the main point of contact onsite for Candlelight events, managing staff rosters, training personnel on ticket validation and candle setup, and driving uHaul to transport event supplies. Manage inventory, printing needs, guest lists, and opening/closing remarks while representing the Fever brand as the primary customer service representative. Conduct weekly reporting on event status and occasionally assist with venue walk-throughs. This part-time role includes flexible weekday preparation hours plus event support on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, with a maximum of 29 hours per week. The contract spans 6 months starting as soon as possible, with an opportunity to extend.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in event management
- relevant degree
- Interest and passion for live music and organizing events
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience leading an on-site team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good ability to work in a pressured environment
- In effect Driver's License
- The use of personal laptop
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AV and PA systems
