Coordinate hotel events by serving as the key liaison between sales, departments, and clients across pre-event, event-day, and post-event stages. Lead planning and execution through BEO meetings and room block reviews while managing budgets, forecasting sleeping rooms, and upselling services. Oversee customer experience from file turnover to follow-up, conduct site inspections for potential clients, and ensure compliance with company standards. Incorporate current trends and design innovations to enhance guest experiences. Requires 2+ years in events, catering, or resort hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Experience in Events, Catering, Sales, Weddings Hospitality, and Resort Hotel
- Experience with Marriott Global Source
- Experience with Training Energizers
- Experience with eTools (eRooming Lists, eProposals, Passkey)
