Event Manager, BOAT International

Experienced Event Manager to deliver high-end international events for BOAT International within Informa Prestige, including planning, on-site execution, post-event analysis, budget/P&L oversight, supplier management, speaker logistics, and marketing/campaign leadership. Responsibilities include developing timelines, negotiating and managing venues and suppliers, coordinating conference content, driving registrations and sponsorship partnerships, ensuring premium attendee experiences aligned with brand standards, and guiding junior team members. Must be able to liaise with UHNW stakeholders, travel internationally, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (STOVA, Salesforce) is advantageous. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills required; experience in luxury, conference, or event agency environments preferred.
