Event Manager

Interact with couples from initial inquiry through the wedding day, managing tours, contracts, and bookings while scheduling and running tastings. Detail each wedding, create floor plans, and coordinate rehearsals before running on-site ceremonies from bride arrival through entrée service. Be present for every wedding and keep The Knot/Weddingwire up to date, while promoting off-season weddings and assisting the Events Director with special event planning and admin tasks. Prepare prep lists for function captains and servers. This full-time, salary position operates Tuesday through Saturday with some Sunday coverage required.
