Job Summary
Event Manager for Europe Asset Management Events Team in London responsible for planning and delivering client events across the EMEA region, including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and hospitality programmes. Manage and execute both in-person and virtual events, build and manage delegate data using Stova, source venues, and provide support to the Head of the Events Team. Coordinate logistics, manage budgets and invoices, maintain the events calendar, and ensure compliance with risk management standards. Requires at least three years’ experience in event management and strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Degree education preferred; experience with event management platforms (Stova) and virtual-event delivery is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in event management, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
