Job Summary
Plan and execute private and social events at the hotel and for off-site catering, coordinating with all hotel departments and clients to ensure exceptional service across planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and ensure seamless handoffs from sales to operations. Requires hospitality training or hotel management schooling, fluency in German and English, a Class B driver’s license, and eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss B/C permit or EU national). A dynamic, guest-oriented, and independent professional who thrives in a team-based environment within an international hotel group. Required Qualifications
- Vocational apprenticeship in upscale hospitality or hotel management school graduate
