Manage hospitality operations from opening to closing for congresses and events, acting as the primary contact for clients while overseeing room layouts, wardrobe, and cleaning schedules. Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure strict adherence to the agenda, suggest improvements, and handle unexpected issues immediately. You will be the first to arrive and last to leave, maintaining a positive guest experience throughout the day. This part-time role requires flexibility, strong communication in Dutch and English, and at least two years of event experience. Based at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, you will work within a collaborative environment focused on personal development and team spirit.
