Job Summary
Event Host at 814 Lanes and Games greets families, leads engaging activities for children, and guides guests through scheduled events. Responsibilities include setting up, cleaning, and maintaining event spaces; serving food, beverages, and cake; monitoring food levels at buffets and drink stations; ensuring a positive experience for event clients; maintaining cleanliness and organization in the event area; resetting rooms after events; assisting as needed in other areas; and upholding professional appearance and uniform standards. Required: ability to work weekends, communicate clearly, walk/stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 lbs, and RAMP certification or willingness to obtain it. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
