Event Experience Manager, Life Sciences Congress Experience Required (Remote)

Job Summary
The Event Experience Manager will oversee tactical operations for life sciences congress events, ensuring alignment with client program goals and compliance with corporate guidelines. Responsibilities include project management of virtual, hybrid, or in-person meetings, vendor and financial management, event design, and onsite services. A consultative approach is paramount, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Candidates must possess substantial experience in the meetings industry and life sciences, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the meetings industry, specifically in operations
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences programs, sales and/or clinical program management
- Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
- Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Life Sciences clients only
- Understanding policies and issues pertaining to events with HCPs in attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to deliver creative outputs in a constricted timeline while maximizing available resources
- Experience working in a virtual office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word, and Power Point)
- Experience with database management programs (Cvent preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Life Sciences specialty only
- Ability to travel on-site approximately 35% both domestically and internationally
