Job Summary

Own the operational standard for conferences and execute end-to-end delivery of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venue selection, supplier management, on-site teams, and overall attendee experience. Collaborate with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team to plan sponsored VIP events, coordinate logistics with venues, provide on-site support, manage inventory and volunteers (up to 40), and ensure budgets are reviewed and adhered to. Demonstrate strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to ship details under tight deadlines and drive cross-functional coordination across suppliers, venues, and internal teams. Role requires in-person work at our London HQ with UK work permit.
