Event Executive

The Event Executive at LUXASIA supports the planning, coordination, and execution of brand events and activations to drive consumer engagement, retail traffic, and brand awareness. Responsibilities include developing event timelines and run-downs, coordinating logistics (venue setup, equipment, manpower, materials, guest arrangements), liaising with vendors and production teams, assisting with procurement, providing on-site event management, integrating activities with broader marketing campaigns, preparing event collateral, and supporting post-event reporting and budget/documentation, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality brand experiences in line with global brand standards.
