Job Summary
Support the design and delivery of the Event experience for customers, aligning with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure a high-quality delivery and to enrich the Event’s value proposition. Develop deep industry knowledge, collect and act on customer feedback, and contribute to Event strategy. Assist in on-site delivery and setup, help allocate the Event floorplan with the Event Lead, and support financial planning. Build loyalty with customers by understanding market needs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and negotiate with venues and suppliers for event-specific requirements. Key metrics include brand growth, revenue, floor space usage, customer satisfaction, loyalty, and NPS. Requires University Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Hospitality & Tourism / Event Management and 1-2 years in a Brand/Product role with international customers; familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- University Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Hospitality & Tourism / Event Management qualification
- 1 - 2 years in a Brand / Product role with a multinational organization
- Experience in developing Brand strategies
- Strong experience in managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures
- Ability to develop relationships at senior levels and support the management of and interaction with high value customer accounts
- Experience of reporting, budgeting / forecasting and associated processes and policies
- Experience of building trusted internal relationships
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and other functions to ensure successful implementation of a matrixed business model
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office support tools
- Experience in using Salesforce.com
