Event Director

Create and adhere to a monthly activity calendar while organizing, planning, and developing fun programming for residents. Speak constantly with residents at all care levels, coordinating special events and supervising outings, shopping trips, and doctor visits. Serve and assist residents in the dining room daily and help with activities of daily living as needed. Screen, recruit, and train volunteers; maintain a clean, safe environment; and report resident health changes, safety hazards, and council meeting resolutions to supervisors.
