Job Summary
Execute branded environment projects from concept through print-ready production for Britten's event design studio; manage site survey inputs, develop concepts and renderings using Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp, produce print-ready files with correct bleed, color management, and material callouts aligned to production capabilities; apply Britten’s product portfolio to surfaces and moments specified, follow templates and design standards, maintain organized project files, self-review against production and brand quality standards, and collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Production, and Install teams to meet deadlines while upholding Britten’s core values.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, experiential design, environmental graphics, or large-format/signage production design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Ability to read and work from field documentation — photos, dimensions, floor plans, and annotated notes
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow established process
- Clear written communication for working closely with a small design team and cross-functional partners
- Portfolio showing large-format, dimensional, environmental, or event work
- Familiarity with tension fabric frame systems, scenic elements, or rigid-substrate fabrication
- Experience working in a print, sign, scenic, or fabrication shop environment
- Comfort working in a production-driven environment where deadlines and buildability matter
- Travel as required to support event activations
