Job Summary
Bear Event Design seeks an entry-level Event Crew member in Denver, CO to support loading and inventory prep, execute on-site installations (furniture, bars, drape, décor), participate in event strike/load-out, maintain inventory care, and assist across warehouse projects. The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, early-morning/weekend availability, and a willingness to work both in the warehouse and on-site at events. Prior experience in events/production is a plus but not required; starting pay is $22/hour with higher rates based on experience, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401K, disability and life insurance, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse and event sites
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently and work on your feet for extended periods
- Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and occasional travel throughout Colorado
- Willingness to work both in the warehouse and on-site at events
