Job Summary
Plan and manage timelines for the Born to Run 5K and Saved in Hope fundraising brunch, coordinating venues, vendors, catering, and logistics. Recruit, train, and lead volunteer committees while managing budgets and tracking expenses. Collaborate with Development and Communications teams to ensure successful execution, overseeing day-of operations and post-event wrap-ups. Build relationships with sponsors and community partners. Work occasional evenings and weekends during event season. Submit a résumé and cover letter to CEO Allison Daigle for review until filled.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptionally organized with outstanding project management skills
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with volunteers and community partners
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work occasional evenings and weekends during event season
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- One or more years of experience coordinating events, nonprofit programs, hospitality, or project management
- Passionate about advancing Woman's New Life Clinic's pro-life mission and Christian values
- This is a part-time position (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
- Work hours are generally Monday through Friday during normal business hours, with increased flexibility and occasional evenings and weekends required during the weeks leading up to each event and on event days
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating volunteers or committees preferred
- Experience with event registration software, vendor management, budgeting, or road race logistics is a plus
