Job Summary
Coordinate and manage event logistics for conferences and internal/external events, including site inspections, vendor relations, signage creation, and data/update of event records. Serve as the single point of contact for users, collaborators, and vendors; collaborate with internal and external partners to understand business needs and execute event visions; develop pre/post event metrics; schedule and verify day-to-day events; maintain SOPs and inventory for program operations; create diagrams with in-house software and manage data updates. Must have strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), excellent written and verbal communication, proactive task management, and hospitality-minded service. Prior experience (2 years) and a high school diploma/GED required; 7am–3:30pm weekday shift with $25.90/hour compensation; equal opportunity employer practices.
