Event Coordinator (PT)

Onsite Service Coordinator for a client in Alameda, CA, overseeing day-to-day food service operations, supervising staff, managing inventory and budgets, submitting invoices, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Responsible for client engagement, coordinating with Fooda’s operations team, and maintaining high service levels, with opportunities to assist Popup and Delivery lunch programs and coordinate equipment repairs. Must build strong client relationships, be organized and detail-oriented, and effectively communicate budget updates and performance insights to the client.
