Job Summary
Own the operational standard of conferences and oversee end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall attendee experience. The role involves supplier research/management, budget review, event planning for VIP events and activities, coordination with venue staff, on-site support, internal team support, inventory/tracking, and organizing a 40-person volunteer team. The position is based in London HQ and is an in-person role with opportunities for travel to conferences overseas. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational, negotiation, communication, project-management, and leadership skills, along with a proactive work ethic and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines.
