Job Summary
Set up, tear down, and clean equipment for onsite restaurant events while ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Solve problems regarding incorrect orders, late deliveries, or restaurant arrivals, and provide real-time customer service to resolve issues directly. Conduct audits of event setups to maintain consistency and escalate critical matters to the Operations Manager. Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures. Support events in a variety of capacities across Memphis locations, working Saturdays and Sundays during breakfast or evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
- You are a strong communicator and self-starter
- You are organized and detail oriented
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (between 20-25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service
- You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
- You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you're capable of finding solutions
- Type-A personality is a plus
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
