Job Summary
Event Coordinator for Fooda’s LA market, supporting onsite food-program events across multiple restaurant partners. Responsibilities include onsite setup and teardown, site-area cleaning, equipment handling, real-time customer service to resolve issues, problem-solving for order/delivery issues, facilitating audits of event setup for consistency and quality, and escalating issues to the Operations Manager when needed. Role requires strong communication, tech-savviness with Fooda’s platform, problem-solving under pressure, and ability to travel between sites within the North LA area. Schedule highlights include evenings and Saturdays (6:00pm–9:30pm, 9:30am–1:30pm on Saturdays), with part-time hours (15–25 per week). Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to drive to multiple sites; prior catering/serving experience preferred. Competitive wages and benefits offered; no phone calls or recruiters.
