Job Summary
Conduct onsite Fooda events by managing set-up, tear-down, and site cleaning while troubleshooting POS systems, TV menu boards, and delivery issues. Provide real-time customer service to resolve order errors, late arrivals, and communication problems directly with consumers. Facilitate audits of restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager as needed. Perform mobile app coaching and promotions during critical lunch hours, with availability Monday through Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, though responsibilities may span 8 am to 4 pm depending on market needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (between 5 - 25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
- Critical hours are over lunch we have 2 positions available Monday - Friday (10 am – 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and need
Desired Qualifications
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- Type-A personality is a plus
