Job Summary
Part-time Event Coordinator role supporting Fooda events, with onsite responsibilities including setup/teardown, equipment care, problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality customer experience. You’ll gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard procedures, troubleshoot issues with orders, deliveries, or communications, and conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching. The role includes real-time onsite customer service, audits of restaurant event setup, and escalating issues to Operations as needed. Core hours center around lunch (10 am–2 pm) with potential extension (8 am–4 pm) depending on market needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, communicative, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hospitality/food-service environment.
