Event Coordinator (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Support Fooda events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning equipment onsite while ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés and coordinate restaurant access to buildings. Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale systems and TV menu boards, then conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching. Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues directly with consumers and facilitate audits of restaurant event setups. Escalate problems to the Operations Manager as needed. Work critical hours over lunch Monday through Friday (10 am – 2 pm), with responsibilities potentially spanning 8 am to 4 pm depending on market needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (about 27.5 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- Type-A personality is a plus
