Job Summary
Set up, tear down, and clean equipment and site areas for Fooda events while ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Serve as a back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés and coordinate restaurant access to buildings. Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale systems and TV menu boards, then conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching. Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues directly with consumers and facilitate audits of restaurant event setups. Escalate problems to the Operations Manager as needed. Work critical hours over lunch Monday through Friday (9 am – 2:30 pm), with responsibilities potentially spanning 8 am to 4 pm. Requires a local territory driver with strong communication skills and a Type-A personality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (about 27.5 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
- You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service
- You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
- You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
- You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you're capable of finding solutions
- You are a strong communicator and self-starter
- You are organized and detail oriented
- Type-A personality is a plus
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
