Job Summary
Set up, tear down, and clean equipment for onsite Fooda events while troubleshooting technical issues with point-of-sale systems and TV menu boards. Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés, conduct mobile app coaching, and facilitate audits of restaurant event set-ups to ensure consistency. Provide real-time customer service, resolve issues like incorrect orders or late deliveries, and escalate problems to the Operations Manager as needed. Get restaurants onsite and manage access to the building during critical lunch hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service
- You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
- You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
- You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you're capable of finding solutions
- You are a strong communicator and self-starter
- You are organized and detail oriented
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (about 27.5 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- Type-A personality is a plus
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
