Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of events at the venue, including developing concepts, coordinating activities, and supervising security staffing and labor management. Communicate event information to Sales, Culinary, and Operations departments while building planning timelines, production documents, and client presentations. Provide on-site support for signature events, attend planning meetings and tastings, and prepare post-event reports. Manage logistics for high-profile productions and execute assigned operational duties. This role supports Rhubarb Hospitality Collection's Philadelphia venues with a focus on innovative, executable event design.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible and sometimes demanding schedules (including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours)
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year degree from a college or university preferred
- 1-2+ years of experience in the same or similar position in arenas, convention centers, stadiums or theaters preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, CAD, and Ticketmaster ticketing software preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and support different projects simultaneously
