Job Summary
Support Fooda events by setting up, tearing down, cleaning equipment and site areas, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures while problem-solving issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or restaurant arrivals. Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly and facilitate audits of restaurant event set-ups. Escalate issues to the Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed. On-site schedule includes Monday through Friday 9AM-2PM (Breakfast Shift) and 3PM-8PM (Evening Shift). This part-time role offers 20-25 hours per week during regular business hours for candidates in the Las Cruces, NM / El Paso, TX market.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
- You're looking for a steady part-time job (between 20-25 hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
Desired Qualifications
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- Type-A personality is a plus
