Job Summary
Event Coordinator responsible for seamless planning and execution of small to mid-scale events. Serves as the primary on-site point of contact, collaborates with internal/external partners, defines objectives, develops detailed event plans, manages logistics (catering, AV, security, swag, collateral), advises on budgets and timelines, and ensures high-quality event delivery while fostering strong client relationships. Requires on-site coordination, ability to handle multiple events concurrently, proficiency with event-management tools, and strong communication skills to engage hosts, vendors, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in event coordination or corporate meeting planning
- proven ability to coordinate meetings and events for groups 20-150+ people
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- on-site availability: minimum 5 days a week, across campus as required
- English fluency
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
