Job Summary
Support the sales department in executing administrative functions for events, including taking RFPs, converting inquiries to closed business, conducting site tours, managing paperwork for pop-up parties, following up on communications, updating contracts/BEOs, collecting payment information, handling invoices and check requests, and providing upsell opportunities. Demonstrates hospitality-focused service, effective communication with guests and internal teams, data analysis to aid decision making, and ability to read and communicate in English. The role emphasizes upholding the company’s commitment to “unreasonable hospitality” and owning assigned duties while collaborating with Operations and Sales Team to ensure events run smoothly and contracts are accurately updated.
