Job Summary
Event Coordinator leads Western Washington event marketing efforts, booking weekly events/shows, planning schedules, recruiting and mentoring a team of Event Demonstrators, ensuring booths are set up and staffed, engaging customers at events to generate qualified leads, and driving performance through budgeted lead generation and event execution. The role requires hands-on leadership, in-person event presence, strong communication, customer-facing experience, reliable transportation, and weekend availability, with a base salary plus commission in a full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Background in customer-facing roles (B2C marketing, retail, sales, or events)
- Experience with recruiting and hiring preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods at events
- Must be available to work every weekend
- Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks
