Job Summary
Track, organize, and transport event equipment including cameras and tripods. Set up BallerTV livestream production systems at assigned volleyball courts while monitoring video quality and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful match streaming. Maintain communication with the Operations team throughout the event. This part-time independent contractor role involves working full shifts from Wednesday, August 26 through Saturday, August 29, 2026, with setup on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Shifts may run from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, requiring travel up to 40 miles one way. Pay is $16/hour. You must be local to Cedar Park, Texas, have a reliable vehicle, and complete a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Must be local to the Cedar Park, Texas area
- Must be available to work FULL SHIFTS Wednesday, August 26 through Saturday, August 29, 2026
- Setup Day: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (availability preferred)
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must successfully complete a pre-event background check
- Must be comfortable using iPhones and other iOS devices
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Must be able to multitask while paying close attention to detail
- Must be capable of lifting and moving production equipment throughout the day
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for long days
- Must be available for multi-day tournaments
- Must be available for shifts beginning as early as 6:00 AM
- Must be available for shifts running as late as 10:00 PM
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 40 miles one way
- Must be comfortable working in large athletic venues for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working on your feet
- Must be able to work independently as an independent contractor
Desired Qualifications
- Setup Day: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (availability preferred)
- Experience with live event production, sports broadcasting, videography, photography, or customer service
- Interest in volleyball or other youth sports, including basketball, football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, or wrestling
- Valid driver's license and the ability to transport event equipment
