Job Summary
Develop event concepts, scripts, and run-of-show documents while directing live program flow, cueing, and transitions for galas and donor events. Lead speaker rehearsals, manage on-site readiness, and oversee AV, lighting, and staging integration to ensure flawless execution. Coordinate with vendors, chapter directors, and senior leadership to align messaging and resolve real-time production issues. Travel throughout the Western Region as required, working nights and weekends for mission-critical programming. This role serves as the primary point of contact for speakers and ensures seamless delivery from concept through post-event wrap-up.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-Level executives and in leading large-scale events from inception to wrap-up
- Background in managing meeting preparation and calendar management
- Regional and local travel is required
- Work as needed at events on nights and weekends

- Professionally polished in internal and external interactions, displaying stability under pressure
- Committed to collaboration and teamwork
- Understand the adaptable nature of support work and are comfortable with being available as needed
