Job Summary

Event Consultant responsible for being the primary client contact from inquiry to event day, guiding rentals and logistics, coordinating with sales/operations/leadership, managing rental contracts, entering and tracking event details in the rental system, coordinating delivery/pickup/site logistics, and supporting showrooms and client experiences. Key duties include handling inquiries, building client relationships, recommending rental products, processing payments, scheduling events, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring accurate data entry, and promoting showroom visits and company visibility. Strong emphasis on customer service, organization, communication, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced event environments, including Saturday and overtime availability.
