Job Summary
Conduct thorough baggage screenings at all entry points, monitor venue perimeters, and maintain high-visibility front-of-stage posts to control crowd surges. Perform regular roving patrols inside and outside the venue while validating tickets and credentials for restricted zones. Quickly respond to medical emergencies, disturbances, or evacuation procedures in collaboration with venue staff and public safety teams. Provide directions and assistance to patrons while ensuring the safety of performers and attendees. This temporary seasonal role requires nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid security guard card
- Drivers License/ State ID
- Available to work nights, weekends, extended hour and holidays as required by event schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in event or venue security
- Familiarity with crowd management and emergency response protocols
- Strong communication and conflict de-escalation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on foot for extended periods
