Event Co-ordinator

Job Summary
Based in our Sydney office, the Event Co-ordinator will deliver exceptional events by handling planning, logistics, administration, and on-the-ground coordination for internal teams and client engagement. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, processing invoices, coordinating logistics, preparing and organizing collateral, and assisting with packing/unpacking materials for each event. Some travel, evening, and weekend work may be required; role requires on-site attendance five days a week. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital event platforms (Aventri, webinars, streaming) are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination within a corporate or professional context
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with digital event platforms (e.g. Aventri, webinars, streaming) is a plus
