Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee Food & Beverage outlets and conference venue operational requirements while facilitating communication between teams and guests. Identify and grow revenue streams by managing spend per cover and capture rates, ensuring adequate control systems for stock control, inventory management, and requisition. Build an engaged culture through performance management, coaching, and retention of high-potential team members. Review and respond to guest feedback to develop solutions for service problems, and forecast departmental revenue and labour costs based on peak demand and event dates. Ensure adherence to WHS procedures, hygienic food handling, and RSA practices while monitoring outlet presentation and managing cash handling and audit procedures.
Required Qualifications
- RSA Required
- Experience in food & beverage departments
- Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and stock requisition
- Experience with expenditure management

- Experience in accurate, efficient cash handling
- Experience with audit procedures
- Experience entering and reviewing supplier invoices, credit notes and petty cash dockets
- Experience with monthly stock takes
- Ability to analyse and solve stock related issues
- Experience in tracking and analysis of wastage and ullage
- Ability to communicate stock take results with management
