Job Summary
Cinema Worker Level 2 responsible for delivering high-standard customer service and supporting cinema operations across the complex. Responsibilities include opening/closing and shift-change procedures, queue management, cash handling using ticketing systems, food and beverages preparation, stock control, restocking and planogram compliance, maintaining cleanliness and safety, RSA-qualified operations, loss prevention, and assisting with cinema campaigns. Skills include basic maths and English, effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to health and safety policies; knowledge of DCP/content management and AV equipment is part of Bio-Box training opportunities. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, proactive issue resolution, and contributing to a positive cinema experience for patrons; the position is seasonal/hourly with in-person duties at Harmony Hornsby, AU.
