Event Center Attendant

On-call Event Center Attendant providing support for funeral-reception events at the Spring Grove event center. Primary duties include greeting and assisting families and guests, setting up displays, assisting funeral directors with memorabilia and flowers, food replenishment, and ongoing cleaning of the event space (dusting, mopping, vacuuming; bathrooms and kitchen; replacing linens). Responsibilities also include coordinating room configuration and seating, notifying the manager of supplies, and maintaining a positive first and last impression in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
