Job Summary
Lead hospitality suites, banquets, and catering events by overseeing food service setup, buffet station management, and equipment inventory. Conduct pre-shift meetings, delegate tasks, and manage scheduled staff while communicating with serving, bartending, and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution. Serve and clear food and beverage professionally, handle physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds, and maintain clean work areas. Coordinate actions with banquet and front-of-house teams to deliver first-class customer experiences. Available for October 17–19, 2025, with a paid training day, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a food & beverage team
- Experience working in stadiums, large scale events, or hospitality suites
- Proven customer service skills
- experience communicating with clients at events
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- The ability to work alone and as a team
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Renowned time management and organization skills
- Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as but not limited to, lifting up- to 30+ pounds
- Must be available to work all F1 event days - October 23-25, 2026
