Job Summary
Anticipate guests' needs and ensure service meets or exceeds expectations to deliver a memorable dining experience. Inspect dining rooms, table settings, chairs, floors, and equipment for proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. Check tables throughout service times for Member satisfaction and assist in resolving guest issues. This role requires full-time flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift 30 lbs for eight hours. Proficiency in POS systems, Word, and Excel is required. Join Major Food Group's iconic venue at THE POOL, where the room itself is an occasion.
