Event Brand Ambassador - Sebring International Raceway

Job Summary
Represent Sebring International Raceway with professionalism at promotional events throughout Florida, engaging attendees to share the venue's history and educate guests about upcoming races and ticket packages. Travel to single-day and multi-day events to promote the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, transporting and maintaining promotional displays, signage, and branded equipment while capturing photos and videos for marketing initiatives. Generate qualified sales leads by collecting email signups, distribute merchandise, and assist guests with ticket purchases. Provide event recap reports including attendance estimates and lead generation results, while assisting the Marketing Department with campaigns and additional duties. This role requires frequent travel throughout the state, including overnight trips, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and race weekends in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from Sebring International Raceway
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely transport and operate promotional equipment and displays
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and race weekends
- Overnight travel required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field
- Previous experience in promotions, marketing, events, hospitality, customer service, or sales
- Passion for motorsports, live events, tourism, or sports entertainment
- Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with diverse audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while representing the organization professionally
- Comfortable speaking to large groups and engaging attendees in high-energy environments
