Job Summary
Craft high-quality drinks with consistency, speed, and attention to detail while warmly welcoming guests to create an engaging, energetic first impression. Maintain strong situational awareness, anticipate guest needs, and offer confident recommendations on cocktails, wine, and beer based on solid menu knowledge. Ensure accurate order-taking, manage tabs efficiently, and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen to support team flow during peak service hours. Collaborate effectively with servers and management, personalize service for special occasions and dietary needs, and maintain the bar's organization, stock levels, and cleanliness. Valid Smart Serve certification and proven event service experience required. Full-time position with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Wage $17.60 plus gratuities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Smart Serve certification required
- Proven experience in event service or hospitality
- Excellent food and wine knowledge and ability to describe
- A passion for guest service and creating memorable moments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This is a full time position
