Job Summary
Prepare all alcoholic beverages for guests and venue servers while actively taking orders and monitoring the bar/dining experience. Maintain professional appearance standards, ensure liquor displays are organized, and stock bar stations with prescribed products. Accurately enter orders into the POS system, follow proper payment procedures, and communicate guest needs to support staff. Perform opening and closing procedures, including cleaning bar areas and completing end-of-shift financial tasks. Requires 2 years of professional beverage experience in a high-volume environment. May work extended hours, irregular shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of professional beverage experience
- Previous bartending experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge
- Ability to write and verbally communicate
- Must have good positive energy throughout the day
- Must be able to print legibly for team members, management, and guests to read
- Must be able to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
- Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
- May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
